Leasehold improvements
For our commercial tenants we take on responsibility for the implementation and coordination of leasehold improvements, including tendering and the control of costs and deadlines through to the turnkey handover. As a commercial tenant you have little time and a busy schedule. We make sure that the rental space is prepared in accordance with your individual design requirements, including IT cabling, fibre-optics, telephone, air conditioning, alarm systems etc. We work together with an established and experienced team of architects, construction engineers, systems engineers and builders.

We negotiate the contractual terms with you directly and personally. Even after the lease has been agreed we remain your point of contact for all your questions and concerns and do not »hand you over« to an external management company.
